For today's post, I am going to share what I ate this last week for breakfast, lunch & dinner, plus reveal my strategies I use when meal planning. I suppose I could have shared that on my previous post, which talks about meal planning and grocery shopping. Be sure to scroll below to read the necessary changes.
I eat breakfast at work and usually make a lot of these items on Sunday to eat during the week.I am VERY boring for breakfast and pretty much eat the same thing throughout the week. Deviled Eggs Lunch I make a batch of chicken salad and eat dinner leftovers throughout the week. I throw in a few different sides and eat many baked potatoes with ghee. I've grown to know and love these men and find their lives engaging and the plots interesting. A swindler had tried to sell wealthy old Wiley Denton the location of one of the West's multitude of legendary lost gold mines. Denton has shot the swindler, called the police, confessed the homicide, and done his short prison time. No mystery there. Except why did the rich man's bride vanish? The cynics said she was part of the swindle plot. She's fled when it failed. But, alas, old Joe Leaphorn was a romantic. He believed in love, and this the Golden Calf case still troubled him. Now, papers found in this new homicide case connect the victim to Denton and to the mythical Golden Calf Mine. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. " In this passage, there are statements about man, temptation, and God.

Saturday I had a window of time to sneak in a bit of a fat bike ride in the Green Belt. It had been quite a while since I had ridden back there due to being sick for two weeks. In the meantime it had flooded, frozen, and flooded again. It had snowed, rained, and snowed again. Sub-freezing temperatures insured that I should have no issues with mud or water, but I didn't know what the Green Belt would be like after all of the changes in weather and water levels. I decided to roll with the Blackborow DS. I had it in "high" range to start out, but after I got off the pavement I stopped and switched to "Low" range for the duration of the ride. Good thing too. It didn't take long to find the trail littered with river ice broken up and laying like broken bits of pottery all over. Big bits of pottery! Riding on them was a bit sketchy since they would tilt and shift in ways that eventually made me get off and walk for safety's sake. There was no way around these chunks of ice, so I had to gingerly step across the debris field and remount on the further side once I got there. Then onward to the bridge across the Black Hawk via the steep climb up from the recycling bins. I was put to the test, but I managed to clean that climb to Ansborough. Then I stopped to calm down the heart rate! Once calmed down, I amused some drivers by hopping the curbs and snow piles to the other side. A. F. A. F. Dr. A. Charlotte Great and Small at the Parsonage was something else, a reinterpretation in a contemporary key of many of Brontë myths interlinked with real Brontëana. Charlotte Brontë.
